UK Approves Sharia Law. Is America Next?

The top judge in the UK has approved the proposal of letting muslims live under islamic sharia law in Britain.  How foolish!   How long before all of Britain is forced to adopt this twisted religions law?  How easily will America allow this?  Considering most of us are to busy watching Dancing With The Stars and football…I suppose the muslims will rule here rather easily.

How ironic that liberals constantly speak of liberty and freedom…but, in their hatred for Christianity…they will hand over any freedoms we have…all in the name of tolerance.

Texas Man Cleared of Killing Illegal Immigrant Burglars…

Yet again…they do it right in Texas….

Joe Horn who spotted burglars at his neighbors home was cleared of charges after he shot and killed them defending his neighbors property.  Of course, the liberals are all upset because we are not “protecting” illegal immigrants who are criminals.

London Vs. Muslims

Finally, some common sense taking place.   Let’s admit the facts.  All the terrorists in the NYC September 11th attacks were arab-muslim.   All the terrorists of the London bus bombing were arab-muslim.  Arab-muslims are the ones getting on international television and threatening more attacks and even the destruction of Isreal and other non-arab/muslim countries. 

So, why is it…that when I go to the airport the security guard is frisking a 90-year old white woman?  Well, finally the city of London has decided that political and religious correctness has gone to far.  Finally, London has decided that safety and common sense must prevail…that is why they will be using dog sniffers and other tools to monitor and search ALL arab-muslims travelling in that country.

I know…I know….not all arab-muslims are terrorists.  And yes I know…Timothy McVeigh….Timothy McVeigh….get over it already.  However, the arab-muslims who are innocent are unfortunately going to be subjected to such searches because of their bretheren.   If they were really bothered by it…wouldn’t they speak out louder and more often against these terrorists who share their ancestry?

I use this comparison often.  If you were going to go swimming in the ocean and found out there were numerous great white shark attacks in the area….would you want marine officials and life guards monitoring the jellyfish?   Of course not…you would focus on the obvious threat that has an established history of attacks.  For those of you constantly citing Timothy McVeigh…it would be like saying, “Yeah, but there was that one jellyfish that stung someone and killed them.

Yep…I Was Right…Manny Ramirez Is An Asshole…

Imagine that…another over-paid, pampered person treating the average American like crap.  This time it was the Boston Red Sox outfielder Manny Ramirez.

Manny had requested tickets for their game against the Houston Astros.  The teams travelling secretary, Jack McCormick, told him it wouldn’t be possible.  So, Manny pushed him down and yelled at him to do his job.   Ah yes…don’t we just love these people.   Manny gets paid millions of dollars a year to drop the frequent fly ball that gets hit to him…why can’t he just pay for the tickets?   Aren’t you sick of these guys?   Of course, Manny and his ego was not satisfied until he had to berate an average joe just doing his job….as if the world and everyone in it….exists to pamper his every oily dreadlocked desires.

I like how after it was “handled” that Manny says its over now…and the manager Terry Francona says he likes how it was handled.  How convenient for them huh?  Basically, Mr. McCormick was probably to afraid to make an issue about it…because he knows they’ll fire him way before they would do anything to Manny…so, he bends over…takes it up the ass from the overpaid crybaby…and of course…Manny and the manager are happy…because nothing happens to the star player.   Nevermind the feelings of the travelling secretary.

But, that’s the way it is in America…we worship athletes and pay them ungodly amounts of money to be successful 30% of the time…and then we wonder why they become such arrogant assholes.  Its our fault for putting them on undeserved pedestals.

In a semi-related note…Shawn Chacon who pitched for the Houston Astros was released after he pushed down the Astro’s General Manager.  So, a player who is not that good…pushes down a top executive and it results in his being released.   Manny Ramirez, a very good player….pushes down a guy who is not that high up on the ladder….and nothing really happens to him.  Just something to ponder.

Yep…I Was Right…Keith Olbermann Is An Asshole…

What arrogant liberal elitist jerk.  Poor Keith…couldn’t ride first class to a funeral of someone with a hundred times more class than Keith could ever have.   And, I know this story to be true when the NY Post reported that witnesses heard Keith berating a staffer.   Working in media for five years…I quickly learned that show hosts (with very few exceptions) are not satisfied with having their own show above everyone else…they have to berate them to.

Rep. James Fagan Is A Piece of Garbage…

This man wants to torment child rape vicitms on the witness stand if they dare stand trial against rapists.  This is why I am a disgruntled American.  This country is so sick and perverted its unthinkable.  As Americans…we are now protecting rapists over our children.  And this man is college educated?  Oh yeah…he’s a product of the liberal American college system.  
From FoxNews…A Massachusetts politician and defense attorney has touched off a firestorm with his shocking public vow to torment and “rip apart” child rape victims who take the witness stand if the state legislature passed stiff mandatory sentences for child sex offenders. 

Rep. James Fagan, a Democrat, made the comments during debate last month on the state House floor.

“I’m gonna rip them apart,” Fagan said of young victims during his testimony on the bill. “I’m going to make sure that the rest of their life is ruined, that when they’re 8 years old, they throw up; when they’re 12 years old, they won’t sleep; when they’re 19 years old, they’ll have nightmares and they’ll never have a relationship with anybody.”

Fagan said as a defense attorney it would be his duty to do that in order to keep his clients free from a “mandatory sentence of those draconian proportions.”

Fagan did not respond to repeated requests for comment from FOXNews.com.

His remarks drew the ire of local activists as well as colleagues.

“I thought his comments were over the top and unnecessary,” Massachusetts House Minority Leader Bradley Jones told FOXNews.com on Wednesday.

“I appreciate that he’s a defense attorney, and felt he had a point to make, but I think it was unnecessary,” said Jones, who supported an original version of the bill. “It was excessive.”

The father of the Florida girl for whom Jessica’s Law is named also blasted Fagan after hearing the comments.

Mark Lunsford, whose 9-year-old daughter was abducted and buried alive in a trash bag by a sex offender in 2005, told the Boston Herald on Tuesday that Fagan should take the rights of victimized children seriously.

“Why doesn’t he figure out a way to defend that child and put these kind of people away instead of trying to figure ways for defense attorneys to get around Jessica’s Law?” Lunsford told the paper. “These are very serious crimes that nobody wants to take serious. What about the rights of these children?”

The bill that he opposed eventually passed the House and set mandatory minimum sentences of between 10 and 15 years for a set of different offenses against children ranging from assault to sexual crimes. A version is still pending in the state Senate.

From a legal perspective, law professor Phyllis Goldfarb said Fagan was probably expressing a basic courtroom truth – that it is a defense attorney’s job to test the prosecution’s case, especially when mandatory penalties are on the line.

“It is fundamentally true … if the proof is coming almost exclusively through a child witness you may have to find a way to test it. That’s the attorney-client obligation there,” Goldfarb told FOXNews.com.

Goldfarb, who used to direct the Criminal Justice Clinic at Boston College Law School, said Fagan used some over-the-top language, but that he probably didn’t relish the idea of cross-examining a child. She said it’s just his job.

“You do have to challenge a witness,” she said. “Some people find ways of doing that that are loyal to their role as defense attorneys — testing the proof (in ways) that aren’t abusive to a witness, but it’s very hard.

“And I think being put in that hard position is what he seems to be railing against here, using language that’s probably a little bit hyperbolic.”

Lunsford will be in Massachusetts on Wednesday to push the state Senate to include mandatory prison time in the state’s final version of Jessica’s Law, according to the Herald

Supreme Court Decides Not To Protect Our Children…

Well, they’ve done it again!   The Supreme Court has decided that the criminal has more rights than the victim…and that justice will not prevail.

The Supreme Court just outlawed the execution of those who rape children.  Why don’t we just send the rapist a freakin’ invitation to hurt our children.   Liberal judge Anthony Kennedy says, “The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child.”   So I ask, if forcing a child to have sex and beating them and sexually assaulting them…and scarring them for life both physically and emotionally is not deserving of death…then what is?

Friends, the United States has become so evil and perverted that now we refuse to administer the proper justice to those who rape children?   Of course, we have be de-valuing our children for years.  Abortion…and if Barak Obama is elected…infanticide!

This nation has failed as parents and citizens.  Our liberal court system has basically given over everything we hold dear to the ravenous wolves known as liberals.   However, when the government fails us…those of us with sense…take matter into our own hands.   And, hopefully…tradition will remain and justice will ring true…and prison inmates will take care of these perverted child rapists and criminals…just as they always have.

Regarding children…Jesus Christ said,

“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”    Matthew 18:6

Yes, these rapists will eventually get eternal justice…but, wouldn’t be nice if our leaders were smart enough to administer it here on earth to?

Can You Hear Me Now?

Anytime the ACLU is defeated in one of their bogus…tax money wasting lawsuits….you can be assured that America has benefited. 

The lastest defeat for the ACLU…is the House approving surveillance legislation.  Of course, the ACLU is besides itself and spouting child-like reactions such as, “It’s Christmas morning at the White House thanks to this vote. The House just wrapped up some expensive gifts for the administration and their buddies at the phone companies.”

The campaigning process for the presidency is way to long.  The people of New York, Illinois and Arizona have been without an active/present senate representative for over a year now.   Is this what our forefathers had in mind?  Absolutely not.

Did you know that George Washington did not want to be our first president?  This is the reason that so many wanted him to be in office.  A basic review of American history reveals that our early presidents would have committed political suicide had they “sought” the presidency.  Early Americans considered such a quest for power to be a good indication that a candidate did not have the character needed to hold such a high profile position.   And, I think that’s what we really need today…a leader who knows humility.  We certainly have not had that in many years.

I think our country’s founders would be appalled by candidates who campain nearly two years before the election….ignoring the duties and responsibilities of representing the citizens who voted them in to “serve.” 

…However, I find it hard to call it “serving” when they get paid nearly $200,000 annually with the best free health-care.
